Just for background info... SALTS stands for Sail and Life Training Society, and their mission statement is basically to just help kids learn to sail and develop strong morals and values at the same time, through hard work, dedication, and a desire to succeed. They sail from various ports on the BC coastline, and run trips from 5 days to 2 weeks. I went with school in April. Here are some of the pics.
